It was a nice and quiet spot that felt set back and out of the way while at the same time being only a few minutes from everything we wanted to do in Branson, I think the longest drive was about 30 minutes.
The Villa was clean and very nice with a modern cabin feel. The fireplaces in the living room and bedroom were great to have in the chilly mornings and nights. We loved the huge shower and tub. Staff was very polite.
Our only complaint is that the WiFi was not working the entire week we were there and this was bad only because my husband had to bring a work laptop with him to check on things every morning and afternoon for his company and we had to use our personal hotspots on our phones for him to do this which was a come and go for signal. We had asked the staff several times about the issue only to get told they had no idea what was going on and they were sorry for the inconvenience.

The lodge was in a nice location.
We were told when booking we would have a DVD player in the livingroom for our 2 children to use and when we got there, the DVD player was missing. We called and asked about it within an hour of checking in and were told that technology would come install it. The NEXT DAY, we still didn't have it so I called the office and was told "oops. We meant to call you but we didn't but we couldn't find the DVD player for that room so you just won't have it" We were also told online about the mini golf and outside pool but knew the inside pool was closed. When we checked in were wold that the outside pool was also closed and mini golf was gone. We felt very lied to by the lodges because 3 conveniences that we paid for were no available.

The room was clean and comfortable.
We were harassed about attending a 2 hour meeting for a time share immediately after checking in. The resort advertised way more than what they actually had on premises. Pools were closed which we knew about the indoor pool prior to arriving, but no mention of outdoor pool being closed as well. We were told that to make up for the indoor pool being closed they had made arrangements for discounts at attractions, etc. Nothing was offered to us. They advertise having a restaurant on site, however, it is not the resorts restaurant. It belongs to the resort across the street.

I loved the back patio with amazing privacy and wonderful view.
I wasn’t too fond of the pricing especially with the splash area being shut down and not getting any sort of discount for the inconvenience.

We stayed here last year and we were very happy & pleased with everything. That is the reason we chose to stay at The Lodges at Timber Ridge again. The room was clean & room service was wonderful. We enjoyed the wildlife so close to our balcony. It was very peaceful & relaxing.
It was a totally different experience this year. We were very disappointed in so many things. So many things made our 5 days at Timber Ridge unpleasant. We received a notification a few days before our stay that the pool/Splash Atorium was going to be closed due to renovations. When we arrived to check in, we were told that the establishment is now under new management & the staff was just notified the day before. We also learned from the very unpleasant front desk employee that there were several changes & renovations being done and that the restaurant on site & room service would not be available. We were told that the front desk was being relocated & several other areas of the resort would be unavailable or relocated temporarily. When we tried to ask questions to figure out the new locations & changes being made, we were made to feel like we were a bother & she was annoyed that we were there. When we walked into our room, the first thing we saw was Rice Krispy cereal all over the kitchen table & chair seat. The room was not clean & we spent the first part of our stay cleaning up the messes we found. We later figured out that the men doing some of the construction & renovations were using the room next door as a break room/meeting area. Some of them must have been using the kitchen & dining area of our room as well, before we arrived. Throughout the 5 days of our stay, we could hear them talking & working. We even heard footsteps walking above us on the roof several times. They were installing new air conditioning units. We also were asked to move our vehicle a couple of times by the men working on the renovations. When we told the front desk person of our negative experiences, she told us we could try to find a different place to stay. When we asked to speak to a manager, we were told to call the agency that booked our trip to speak with them about our issues.

The location was fine. The restaurant and the breakfast option was closed when we attended. Disappointing to pay $200 a night and no breakfast.

The scape room was a lot of fun and the staff was very friendly and easy to talk to. The room was very clean. The kitchen was perfect for the few days that we were there.
There was a lot of construction and the pool and restaurant was closed. I can't wait to come back after the renovations are completed.

Everything was clean and ready to go when we got there!
The pool was closed which was a huge part of the reason why we booked the place. And then we went to the game room and there was no ping-pong balls to be found and the pool table was damaged in the sticks were damaged as well. Nothing really to do but golf and that wasn't cleaned off to even see the course either. Not very well taken care of.

we stayed at this same property in may and the room we stayed in was better then this one even we booked the same type of room. this one had a different layout and was different then the pictures on booking/ the one we stayed in previously. it was still very nice but from staying in the previous one it felt a little bit of a rip off. the tub was located in the bathroom and not in the bedroom like the other and the fire place in the living room did not work. the shower was also completely different. i was woken up in the morning from hearing the people next to us using the hair blow dryer in their bathroom. it was a really different experience from the first time even though we booked the same room as the first time we came in may. had we gotten this room the first time we probably would not have came back but I will the say the first trip was absolutely perfect. did not know that even though you booked exact same room it could be different.

Breakfast in room service was warm, good and fast
Booking.com was supposed to alert us per Hotel property that their main indoor pool was closed. It was the main attraction for our kids why we chose to stay. We didn’t find out until the day we arrived.

check in time is not until 4:00 , prefer at least a 3:00 check in and the check out was 10:00, we prefer 11:00.
cookware was all nice & new caphlon except the frying pan , which was the only pan we needed to use was the frying pan , did not understand why they had new set that was missing the frying pan
