The staff was fantastic, super helpful and very understanding! I ended up not staying, but because they were so understanding of the situation, I would stay there next time.

I booked this online through Booking.com when it showed up under a search for pet friendly motels. Unfortunately, when I got there I discovered there was an extra $15 for my pet to stay with me. This was not disclosed when I booked. I had decided to spend a little extra money on a local motel rather than a chain. So the extra fee was just too much for my budget when I already spent a bit more. So the staff was incredibly helpful in canceling the reservation so I could mosey on down the road to a more affordable pet friendly hotel. So much so would stay there next time I am in Payson, AZ.

Staff was very nice and helpful. room was clean, and bed was very comfortable. Hotle is close to everything you need.

The bed was advertised as a queen more like a Full-size bed my husband and I did not sleep well the bed was hard for $160 a night the bed should be the size as advertised I won’t stay there again

This place is well-maintained, clean, and very comfortable. I was very pleased with my room.

Everything was lovely!

Only one electrical outlet worked for cell phone charging. Room we stayed in was clean, bed was comfortable, shower worked well. Bare bones for everything else. Nothing fancy, but I guess we got what we paid for.

Decorations were old. No electrical outlets for cell phones.

The owner was very pleasant and friendly. The entire grounds was extremely clean and well maintained.

The parking was a little tight. Spaces were a little to close.

The man at the desk was very accommodating & did his very best with helping my parents check-in after some confusion with the booking. He went out of his way to make sure they were comfortable & that their standards were met. I never got to tell him thank-you but he genuinely cared for my parents & that's something I'll always appreciate.
