Breakfast was lacking actually. But it was fine. Desk staff was quite friendly, and helpful.

The room was very clean, the desk staff was very helpful and friendly, the breakfast was very good and the staff made sure that the food and coffee did not run out.
There really isn't anything that I didn't like about my stay. It was very good and if I need to travel and stay in Tuscaloosa again I will choose this establishment.

Loved the cleaning staff an Front desk manager. Felt like family.
Pull out mattress was not cleaned had some food left an dried on it. But I cleaned it off an went on about my stay.

One staff member was really nice (cleaning lady with box braids)
Took long time to get hot water. No room service. Most of staff was not professional, courteous or welcoming. Rooms were not cleaned daily. One of the few times the beds were remade they did not change that sheets.

Actually the room was fine and the staff was fine. And the bed was comfortable for me, i was traveling and just needed to sleep,
It was noisey. I was in down stairs room and sound insulation is not the best. Next time ill ask for an upstairs room sense i just want to sleep.

updates are really nice since we were there last year. staff there were super nice.
The breakfast time says 6-9. I got there at 8 and there was no food. and they were cleaning. I was super upset. the beds totally need updating. I am nursing a pinched nerve now bc the mattress springs were so bad and dig into my back and made me uncomfortable.

We asked for adjoining rooms and they didn’t do that. Receptionist wasn’t very friendly. Hotel is very old and outdated but worth the cheap price we got.

Really nothing, maybe the heater already been used first. Lol I don't like that first coming on smell.

Staff was nice .
Breakfast wasn’t what we expected . We told we would have queen beds upon reservation, we we’re given double beds .. No wash clothes in the room at all ..luckily we brought two with us .
