After reading the reviews I was a little nervous but the place was very clean, beds really comfortable and staff very friendly. I am not big on breakfast so we didn't eat it. Each day they had a bar full of drinks and snacks that were a welcome site after a long drive and a long day on campus.

The bathroom could have been a little newer, Our toilet was clean but had stains as did the tub. But again it was very clean.

I loved that they were very clean and organized

The staff

The outlets in the room kept tripping and there were only two, maybe three, accessible in the entire room. The room was not cleaned very well at all.

The breakfast is a lie, it is not like it is in the photos. The space for breakfast is small. Very simple.

The House kipping staff knocked on my door 2 times when I was about to leave because checkout is at 11am. He called me at 10:05 am and then at 10:43 wondering if I was ready yet?? and you what? They are not supposed to touch the rooms before your checkout, the house kipping staff are unprofessional, my comment is negative towards these people because they are disrespectful.

Convenience to campus.

It was either to hit or too cold due to small space and air blowing in me.

Mold in the bathroom. Long brown hairs in the bathroom floor counter and tub. Sheets had stains. Whole lobby smells like marijuana. Card wouldn't work to get in either main doors.

The people are very nice. And the beds are comfortable. The location is perfect.

Everything was very dirty. My room had stains, like dog pee. There was a roach in the bathroom and a spider near the bed. There was dust all over the place. And everything looked really old. Some lights in the room did not work. Needs a upgrade asap.

Comfortable & clean room

A vile false book in the drawer, a roach in the bathtub and fleas on the carpet. The attendant wouldn't check us out stating booking would do this ...and was charged that this location was in New York, when in fact, it is located in Alabama.

There is nowhere to relax after work; e g., no outdoor patio area, outdoor benches, or lounge.

Everything was clean. The location felt safe. The staff was friendly and helped me quickly.

Very minor things: The room was a little smaller than I expected which was fine since it was just me. The shower was a little confusing to operate but the lady at the front desk helped me.

Apparently, the motel only had one luggage cart, and it wasn't available. The parking lot was too small. It is not designed to accommodate vehicles that are larger than a midsized car.

Our room was by the stairs and it was noisy at night people going up and down them

there really wasn’t much of anything that I didn’t care for. I genuinely enjoyed my stay.

The front desk clerk was wonderful when I checked in. The room was fair. It could use a remodel honestly, but I could tell that they had really worked hard to present a great room, so I appreciate that. The bathroom was adequate, and the bed was comfortable.

The internet was awful. From the time I checked in, it was just horrible. The towel I used was very stained, though I think it was clean. The walls had splatters of some sort on them, which is honestly nasty. My biggest gripe is that when I went down for breakfast, at 8:30 (it was served from 6-10) everything had been depleted and not restocked; I didn't realize it was a case of the early bird getting the worm, or I would have gotten down earlier; everything was empty-the egg container, the sausage, etc. Very disappointing; I took some milk up to my room and ate from a box of cereal I fortunately had with me.

Biscuits for breakfast were exceptional
