Having been watching it for years as it was remodeled.
Was a nice place to stay, selling in laws home in the lake, so it was first time staying there.

It was clean. Close to the location I needed to be at.staff were friendly.

The air conditioning was not working and had trouble with the ice machine in the morning.

The rooms are very well kept. I like the location, and the people that run it.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The breakfast room was large and inviting, with tables near windows overlooking the mountains, and comfortable seating facing the fireplace and TV. We were pleased to have laundry accommodations.
The bed in our room was uncomfortable and the shower could use some updating. Would appreciate more in room coffee so we didn't need to go to the breakfast room before we were ready.

I like the location and the price
They can improve in changing the window curtains, ours had a lot of holes and couldnt cover the whole window. The carpet was stinky and it can be replaced.

The location was on rt 16 across from the McDonald’s. Also close to Dunkin and a 7/11.

Very clean and tidy for an older venue.
Handy location for us; 20 miles south of touristy North Conway but still close to the Mount Washington Valley.
Bath drain was very slow.

The breakfast room was exceptionally clean and very well stocked. The fruit was fresh and the food was great quality.
Everything was delightful for what I expected. The staff was peasant and accommodating. I wouldn't change anything for the price.
