Large Room and central location

Would like a 4th pillow

Property was well located, attractive and clean. While we don’t usually like valet parking, it worked well at this hotel because the valet staff were kind and attentive.

One small complaint: the shower pressure was weak and there was no bathtub. Not really a factor though.

The queen mattress very terribly uncomfortable. The pull out sofa mattress was stained with rust and urine. They had no other mattresses for our kids.

Lovely comfortable rooms. Great location with walkable restaurants nearby.

The property felt new and was clean. Our room was large with all the facilities required to be self sufficient. It's well located for music row and it's about a mile to walk to the main downtown locations. Hall of Fame, Ryman etc. There are also restaurants, music bars and coffee shops within a 5 minute walk. We used UBER a lot to get to some locations and wait time was never more than 3 minutes. The staff were all kind and helpful. Breakfast was included but we didn't try it.

Nothing of note. It's what we expected at the price.

The location was good

Valet parking only. It should be both valet parking and self parking in the parking area. The room was small.The breakfast sandwiches should have been a variety of turkey and pork. Not pork only.

The room we were given was really nice and the hotel was in a good location for all the music bars.

The shower had great water pressure and temperature.

Our room smelt like cat pee. We thought maybe because the air wasn’t on we’d try and circulate the air to see if that would help. We came back after having dinner and the room still smelt horrible. We went down to the front desk and informed the manager. She went up to our room and sprayed it. The spray did help and they called to check and see if we wanted to be moved but it would have to be soon cause they were going to be completely booked. At the time, the room smelt fine but within an hour of them asking us the room went right back to smelling like cat pee. We tried to call back to get changed but they said they were fully booked and couldn’t move us. They said they could spray again but the spray is so strong we got a bit of a headache afterwards even though we waited to go in for the 30 mins as the manager suggested so we put some toothpaste under our noses and just prayed we’d fall asleep. I don’t know how they thought it was ok to put us in a room that smelt like that in the first place.

Staff was great. Rooms were clean.

The mattresses were horrible. I could feel every spring . I'm thankful that it was for only one night.

The front desk gentleman were very nice, and accommodating. Plenty of towels. I would very likely come back.

Good location and staff was friendly. The room was large as well.

The mattresses were very uncomfortable. The pull out coach was also very uncomfortable and made really loud noises if anyone moved. Also, having an ice machine right outside our door was irritating. It was very loud and we woke up a number of times as people used it during the night.

It was clean, professional and appropriate

The door look looked like it had been crowbar open at some point and had a gab when closed. The pool was in another hotel.

need to have additional mirror outside of bathroom! You had 2 large mirrors in bathroom, but no others and when a group of girls stay in one room together there needs to be more mirrors 😂

The website said there was shuttle service, but there was not. We had to rent a car, so we had to pay to park daily. The valet was not always available, so they let us park in front to accommodate, which was great. Breakfast could use some variety and the biscuits would get hard, but overall nice offering and OJ was good. The mattresses gave me backaches, so maybe they need updating. The blankets were thin. Staff was very friendly and helpful. AC was great, hotel was clean and quiet. Walking distance to eatery.

Noted pro's and con's above. I did think the price was high but I am not used to the area, so maybe I am just not as familiar with costs. No shuttle, wait for valet, which was rectified, hard biscuits at breakfast, lacking changing up at least one thing each day, too soft of mattress.

Like how close we where to Broadway. Was a nice 30 minute walk. It was nice to have a coffee shop and other restaurants on the way during the walk.

Wish we could have been a tish closer to Broadway. And had more breakfast options and or better coffee.

Breakfast was good. Good variety. Looked like could use a little more cleaning in the rooms. Location was ok. Would have been better closer to Broadway but that is on us. We walked everywhere
