The front desk accommodated request to put my father near facilities so he didn’t have to walk far. The spa was nice.

Some wear and tear as it’s an older facility. Pool rules weren’t enforced and the pool area was chaotic. I asked our server in the Lookout if they had mocktails without alcohol. She looked at me like a grew a third head and didn’t do anything to figure it out.

Loved how roomy the bathroom was, everything was modern and updated. The wood scent throughout the entire estate brought me back to my childhood. We will definitely be visiting again, this time I’ll bring the whole family

Beds and pillows were very comfy. Absolutely loved the christmas decorations it gave the place a very romantic vibe. Good directions for hotel map. Food was delicious!

Extremely long wait for dinner. Didnt eat dinner until 9pm. Over an hour wait for room service. We waited and went down there instead. Kids were running up and down the halls screaming all night. People up stairs making banging sounds at 12-1am. Could not sleep! Pool was over crowded. Next time we will plan to go in non busy season.

The grinds are really beautiful!

The walls in the resort are very thin. It gets noisy. Acoustics are very poor. It makes it difference to sleep.

the food was quick and tasty. Grounds were scenic and inviting. the room was cozy and comfortable. The pool was fun. The golf course was convenient and a good course for my skill level,

Whirlpool tub was nice. Bed was comfortable. Pool area was nice minus the dirty cushions on the lounge chairs

Staff was either rude or not helpful. No one seemed to know much about the hotel. No dining options, no coffee to go, disgustingly dirty coffee maker in room, dirty cushions on loungers by pool and heat was cranked in pool area, heat on when I checked in to room and took forever to cool off (was upper 60 degrees outside), check in staff refused to listen to the fact I was alone (asked amount of keys needed and when I told him 1, he said he would give me 2. Asked me twice. Same with pool wristbands. Made me feel extremely uncomfortable and bad that I was alone. Bartender snapped at waitress when she asked what seasonal drink was for me. Waitress also brought 2 menus when I was clearly alone again making me feel awful. No food options available.
