Great location within walking distance to Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse for a concert. Valet made parking easy and they were quick at check in and check out. Breakfast was fresh with lots of choices. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable.

The location was pretty central for what I wanted. The lady that helped with breakfast was exceptional at her job.
The parking was not what I liked. The elevator using the key pad was a terrible ideal.

The room was spacious, and the view was amazing. The room was huge with tall ceilings and wooden floors.
The bathroom was not clean. The heat didn't work. The bed was uncomfortable. But we were too tired from our 10 hour drive to move our stuff and go to another place. We had another hotel booked anyway so we just toughed it out.

The room was huge and so nice. Was able to fit 2 adults and 4 cheerleaders comfortably in a king suite. Parking was tough so we just used the valet parking but it was worth the cost! Everyone was helpful and friendly and the breakfast was so good! Definitely will be staying here again next Cleveland trip!

That it was in the heart of town and within walking distance of the basketball game. Adult time in the lobby area was nice. Breakfast was nice and the ladies kept the area clean and filled. Always checking on the guest.
The price. We made request and didn't receive any of our requests. We had requested a room with city view and on floor 10 or higher. We were on floor 5 and our view was of roof top units. House keeping must not check the levels of shampoo, conditioner and soap in the shower. There was no conditioner, very littler shampoo and soap left. Luckily we were only there one night.

Room could have been cleaner and needs to be updated. We couldn’t open our curtains because our windows were facing a building that was very close.
