Easy to find, right off the freeway.

The breakfast room is clean and the foods are good.
The hotel alarm ⏰ went off in the middle of the night around 3:00 am and all the guests were evacuated from the hotel. The process was unorganized and chaotic. The staff was not very communicative. We were told someone pulled the alarm. But the alarm 🚨 went on again for a few times (probably 4 times) around 7:00am. Subsequently I complained to the manager and asked for compensation. He refused and blamed someone pulled the alarm. Disregarding who pulled the alarm ⏰,we had a terrible night. Only the hotel managers know what went wrong. I tended to think it is the alarm system had problems. I should think the hotel should give me full refund for my pain and suffering to be fair.

Breakfast was good.
This property advertises as having a hot tub, it doesn’t. The room was dirty. The carpet had blood spots. The bedding was torn. The walls were stained. The chair was missing fabric. Bath tub wouldn’t drain.

Pretty safe area, quiet, and lots of food places nearby.
My water pressure in the shower was pretty bad.

Hotel novíssimo, limpo, silencioso e agradável. Uma simpática recepcionista na chegada, piscina indoor aberta até meia-noite, quarto aconchegante e silencioso.
Um abraço especial para a querida Zoila que, mesmo estando atrasados para o café da manhã (nos confundimos com o horário), nos serviu com gentileza e um grande sorriso no rosto.

Closeness to shopping center.
The people they allow to stay here are on drugs, prostituting, or high. Several fights broke out, people sleep in the hallways, hookers walk around exposing their body. We traveled with small children, did not feel safe.

Room Maintenance was poor. Furniture was in bad shape.

The area was close to the restaurants. The bed was comfortable. Clean room and bathroom.
TV was not working, key card was not working at first and reception has only one staff so had to wait longer to get it changed!

Rude receptionist at check in, in the evening.
Almost profiling my passport and asking very rudely if I like the States.
Carpet in room was dirty, traces of dirt or something else above the window. Room seems to be old and had better times.
Swimming pool was in interior of hotel.
In the morning there where very nice receptionists and staff in the breakfast room. Sorry for them, but the experience at check in was not ok. So I'm giving this a bad review

the room was clean however there is still no room service available unless you stay for longer than three nights
It was extremely noisy. Our room was right by the indoor pool which does not close until midnight. There were kids screaming in there until 11:30pm. Our room was on the first floor and people would stand by our door talking - there were no noise barriers for this. Also, the room was right by the elevator, ice machine, and maintenance room - all creating lots of noise. I would think if you put someone in this room you would discount them, but no discount was given.
There was no fan in the bathroom and the shower was old and did not work well.

Clean, smelled great! breakfast was hot and fresh! different everyday that I was there. Never seen the pool run out of towels! staff was awesome! very friendly and accommodating.

Great location. The room was very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Our room was very spacious which allowed our toddler to comfortably run around. A wide selection of breakfast that we thoroughly enjoyed. Best of all, a heated indoor pool and hot tub that we got to enjoy during this recent winter storm. This hotel will now be our go-to when we’re in Fresno.

Indoor pool, no noise, area great right off freeway. Coffee all day/night fantastic breakfast.

Always clean and comfortable. The breakfast is fabulous.
I didn’t care for the room location. It was in the corner at the entrance/ exit and we heard the door open/close and all the traffic every time. That was disturbing.
