Good location with covered parking, clean & quiet

Only one elevator so sometimes you had to wait

I thought their breakfast was pretty good. Better than McDonalds. The place was clean and very comfortable. Staff was nice and able to set me up with an early check in. Safe worked. Had hot water. Non smoking didn’t smell like smoke. With my vpn on the WiFi speed was between 65-75mbps.

Carpet was a little worn out in the room. The ironing board was a mini one not full size.

The breakfast was very good. The lobby was clean and put together nicely. The staff was very nice and friendly.

Our handicap room had a dirty floor that needed to be mopped, the shower floor was slimy, the curtains were covered in stains, and the mattress needs to be replaced. We kept rolling into the center.

I didn’t liked that the elevator didn’t work ): when I stayed

We liked the location, which was Convenient.

We didn't like the inconvenience of the elevator to the second and third floor being out of order. Even though we pre-booked and our room was not ready for us at 4pm. The couch in our room was covered in dog hair. The bed was clean. We did let management know and housekeepers came and cleaned the couch. It was very inconvenient to have to have the room cleaned while I was resting.
