Clean room and convenient for our one night stay.

Our room looked into the trainline - noisy. Breakfast area was messy and unclean. Ice machine on our floor not working.

The price was good and the bed was comfortable.

There was a hole on the comforter and melted.plastic. you could see that the paint job wasn't exactly a great one. The tub drained super slow so you ended up standing in inches of water during your shower. The AC was set to a temperature that, to most, might have been considered warm, but we are from a very hot climate and so we turned the air up so we wouldn't be freezing (especially since the AC was blowing directly toward the bed). But then we kept having to get out of bed when we could sleep because of the noise the AC was making unless we turned it back down. Silly is thinking we could.just adjust it a degree or two and go back to sleep. But, no we had to keep adjusting it until it was back to the original freezing temperature. On the morning of checkout, which was a Friday, we were awoken at about 7:30/8 by the lawnmower right outside the window to our room. Because, you know, people in a hotel don't want to sleep in.

Dirty rooms, dirty bathtub/shower. The room smelled like a bad body order. Staff not friendly

Floors in the room were dirty, the room itself was dark, blood spots on pillow case. My husband took a shower and walked around and the bottoms of his feet were black. I took a picture of the white towel that he used to wipe his feet. There was some weird gunk on the floor that wouldn’t come off. The guy at the front desk seemed irritated when we asked for a roll away. I had booked the room for 2 adults and 3 kids and wrote a note on Booking.com that we would need a roll away a week before our stay. When we called from our room to ask for one he said there wasn’t any available for tonight and they were all in use. I went down to the front desk to let him know that we either get one or we can’t stay there. He said that 2 queens are for 4 people but then I showed him my reservation and my request for a roll away. He said he had to check storage and that it was in the back part and he had to find the keys. He eventually brought us one but he really didn’t want to make the effort to get us one until I said we would leave. The second night the entire second floor smelled like food, like someone lives there and was cooking. I was just grossed out and couldn’t sleep. The cable TV and WiFi worked good though.

Staff was not friendly or welcoming; gentleman at the front desk.

It was nice and quite and very clean in most all areas

Well the refrigerator and microwave was clean on the inside but the doors ont them were still dirty plus the dust around the edges and side was quite a build up like they never dusted it
