Location was excellent, within walking distance of downtown.

This property is very well located for access to the town. Everything is within walking distance. After a day in the mountains, you don't need to get in the car to go to dinner. Also convenient to Great Smokey Mountains and Cherokee.
The rooms are small by comparison to other places at the same rate. There is no desk for doing internet research and social media. The bathroom is very tight and equipped with only a shower stall not a tub. Personally, I don't need a tub, but some might be surprised at that.

Nice motel with large room, comfortable bed and a pool. Good location and made to feel very welcome.

Went for The Polar Express and the location was within walking distance. Needed three beds in same room to accommodate grandkids and they provided that. Room was extremely clean.

The owner was very friendly and helpful. The building itself it an older style motel, with small rooms, but it was clean and comfortable. Very near (walking distance) to the downtown area and the Great Smoky Mountain Railroad.

Mattress was very uncomfortable. Beyond firm- Hard-it was worse than sleeping on the floor.

Location was good for our trip activities
Bed was not comfortable. Did not sleep well. No telephone in room. Bathroom was too small with no counter space. Only saw 1 power outlet to charge cell phones. Need a lamp for the table & chair for female to apply cosmetics and fix hair.

Great location, clean rooms and all new, great working amenities. Easy walking distance for Bryson City; 10-15 minute drive to Cherokee, and The Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Comfy beds, hot showers, friendly staff, and quiet rooms.
Rooms are a little on the smaller side, but nice and cozy. The location doesn't look too great when you get there, but it's actually quiet, calm, and extremely convenient. Exterior of the hotel looks old fashioned, however the interior is all new and updated.

Most food locations where closed by 9pm. but understandable do to Covid

Toilet ran all night, the heat was warm at best, and the shower had absolutely no water pressure.
