I was not pleased at all!! When I booked the room they told me breakfast was included, well it wasn't I paid almost $58 for a few bags of candy after just paying almost $400 for dinner! I stay at one of the Hilton in Rochester ny breakfast was free and fantastic mind you. All employees were very courteous and wonderful, not in auburn!! Then Friday night I went down to the lobby to smoke a cigarette and almost got punched in my face because a fight broke out absolutely ridiculous! A counter worker told me they had a few functions going on and that happens sometimes, I had my kids there that is not OK! Then I pay for 2 nights and only stayed one because of what had happened our whole stay never got my money back for that 2nd night we didn't stay! I will never visit that facility again

Quiet rooms. Good location for the Schweinfurth Museum.

Fox News on the tv in the lobby. Seems inappropriate for a general audience. Receptionist was not friendly. She did just did her job.

the bed and pillows were uncomfortable and the TV was outdated, with a remote that did not work well.

Construction on the third floor. Loud, was charged almost 100.00 for a late checkout. Was not told of the price beforehand. Double charged for dog...twice.
