Nice location and great stafff! Was very clean and quiet

Location is perfect. Everything is 10 min walking! Beach is very close.

Cleaness of the room was not enough.

Liked the location, so close to the beach and nearby shops and restaurants. I liked that they had parking.

It is very expensive for how small the rooms are, the beds should be queen size instead of full size for that price, I wish they included beach tags with their price, I wish the parking lot was directly behind it but you have to walk around the block and behind another lot further away.

Hotel is close to everything, room was clean. Not too noisy outside the room. Parking behind hotel was easy to get to.

Bathtub drain took a while to drain and the room smelled a little bit musty upon entering. After turning the ac on, it was better. Also, there was no fan in the bathroom.

We love the location. We park our car and we can walk to all shops and locations for meals. Love being close to the beach but a little chilly this time. We will definitely book again hopefully next year. Absolutely love the maid service from b r i e. Very friendly and she's very accommodating. Also absolutely love the roof top deck and comfy chairs that put the Cherry on the bowl of ice cream

Everything exceeded or expectations no complaints

Cape May is a charming destination. Heritage Inn is well-located, BUT SO ARE A FEW DOZEN OTHER PROPERTIES.

VERY VERY overpriced for a room with a view of hallway wall. Had to drag my bag up two flights of exterior stairs in the rain. Amenities and decor similar to Motel 6. Had to find breakfast elsewhere. Parking lot is around the block.

Close to everything. We like everything in walking distance.

We like the roof top view and seating.
