Large and comfortable rooms. Perfect location to visit downtown or a game at the Ball Arena or Mile High, everything is in walking distance.

Having breakfast before a long drive was such a great convenience. The room itself was fantastic with lots of space to work if you needed to.
I chose this hotel from a list of places to stay with parking included but was later informed that parking was actually an additional $45/night, making it pricier than I had planned for. So I ended up having to find overnight parking in the city, which is not difficult as long as it isn't an event night (it was). It wasn't terrible, it was just a bit disappointing when an airbnb in the heart of the arts district had free parking and would have ended up being cheaper.

Check in was very fast. Rooms were quiet with very good soundproofing. Very convenient location for attending events at Ball Arena since you can walk right across the street or it's also an easy walk to lower Downtown restaurants. Nice safe feeling location vs some other areas Downtown Denver
Parking was expensive and only offered valet parking. Not very good selection for breakfast, it was adequate, just not anything special.

The staff literally wouldn’t take me seriously and when they finally found my reservation after searching for a fake 15 minutes and a 1 hour and 45 minute bus ride, they immediately escorted and walked us out with no hesitation! They sent us to the one at Anschurz after that and said this NEVER EXISTED

Love the location and being close to the Ball Arena when we attend concerts! The breakfast is always great…love that it is offered . Wish the parking was included with the room, it is pricey already.

The room and location was great.
The awful, stale, complimentary breakfast! When you pay $412 per night plus parking to stay, I'd think you could provide a descent complimentary breakfast that isn't old and stale!!!
