It was clean and decorated nicely.
Was disappointed that we were charged for a night that we tried calling to let them know our flight was delayed and we missed our connecting flight. I called and left a voicemail, no one returned my call. Called a second time someone picked up and put me on hold and never picked back up again. I also messaged the hotel and explained the situation and no contacted me back.

Location was really good and staff very friendly.
Sadly there was no restaurant/bar available only a breakfast cart.

Staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. Location is excellent. Fitness center was reasonably equipped and spatious with shower, toilet facilities and drinking fountain.
water pressure in shower was too low - can’t remove the residue of soft soap. Air could use more humidity. Price was expensive compared to other cities but similar or better value than other hotels we have stayed at in Denver. Denver is ridiculously expensive.

I requested a room with two beds. Hotel said booking.com did not request a room with double beds. The hotel was sold out. No other rooms were available so I was informed. I checked the hotel website and it showed rooms with double beds available

The rooms were nice and supplies were good. The lobby is festive and the reception staff and the new valet (in particular) were very friendly.
The lack of room service was a dissapointment so we went for an (expensive) Uber eats. Interestly, a family member in another room had a card that indicated there was room service with the restuarant next door, but the receptionist told me there was none. I feel the cost of the room at nearly $400 was quite high (two beds in room) given no restaurant or room service and we were not told of the breakfast credit so went out to eat and paid breakfast.

Clean, beautiful room. Convenient location (transportation, entertainment, farmers market, ballpark). We’ll definitely stay here next time we’re in Denver.

Fancy and modern. The location and front desk girl was great!
The bathroom wasn’t very clean. Hair and soap scum in the shower. Hair on bathroom floor. Sliding barn door for bathroom fell off upon first use. If I didn’t catch it, it would’ve broke their big mirror

Close to union station, and I could reach this hotel easily.
Front desk clerk is very kind even I arrived too early.
Breakfast is very tasty, and I enjoyed it every morning.

We loved the location. Short walk to downtown with great restaurants and bars. Great fitness center as we like to workout when we travel. The staff was friendly and helpful. We'll be back!
