Good clean rooms.. located next to 30 bars and restaurants within a 6 block area

Rooms are small for the price

Clean, comfortable room and friendly staff

Very noisy. Was in a room on College Avenue, first floor. I found out that drag racing and loud mufflers are common in this street. It lasted until 2 am and I was not able to sleep. I was able to change rooms after a couple of days but lack of sleep the first two nights negatively affected my trip.

Very loud traffic noise. Thin walls. No real breakfast.

This is the only place I stay for work trips in Appleton. The weekday rates are competitive with other hotels, the beds are super comfortable, and there are many in-room local amenities to enjoy. Maybe the best part of the hotel is its location to the different shops, bars, and restaurants downtown.

Rooms not serviced daily and not told this on checking in. Apparently the policy is only every 3 days - staggering. Tiny bottles on toiletries ran out as did tissue box and wast replenished as the room wast serviced Shower absolutely hopeless Hotel does not provide breakfast other thana "grab and go box" again not advised this when booking or checking in. No assitnace with luggage on arrival or departure

We went to the bar at The Rye for a drink before the concert. The bartender (Nick) was wonderful.

I thought the establishment was wonderful. We didn’t eat at the restaurant because of the prices. Not because the food wouldn’t have been good, I have every reason to believe it would be, but I’m not paying that much money to feed grandchildren that wouldn’t appreciate it.
