Great spot for us during our travels to Colorado.

The staff greeted us from the get go which perked us up after a long drive.

I enjoyed the people there. They are very friendly.

What went well was the room was nice, and the gym was available.

I understand everyone is short staffed these days and that impacts all areas of business. The staff that is employed is not being utilized to the fullest potential. Having three staff members sit behind a registration desk that is not busy is a loss in other areas. The store inside the hotel/casino was closed during optimum times. The restaurants were closed at peak times. We had a party of four prepared to have dinner as Aspens on Friday evening at 6 pm only to learn the restaurant was closed. When we checked in at 6:30 pm on Wednesday evening we wanted a meal at the diner, and it was closed. We stayed at the Maverick for 3 nights/4 days and never once ate at the property. We did eat one meal at JR's, we paid almost $70.00 for chicken strips, a BLT, ice cream and a cheesecake. WAY TOO expensive for the food.

Breakfast options before 7 AM would be nice.

My room was large and had the perfect desk set up with ample plug ins available for my equipment.

The maids should not come into any room until they are certain of the correct room number. They didn't, and the disturbed me twice first at 07:00 and then again at 07:29. It was awful.

My only complaint is the maid woke me up at 8 am to see if I was checked out yet.... Really?

The beds were comfortable. The room size was nice. Everything was fabulous and on point

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

The coffee pot didn’t work and a lamp, and when checking to be sure nothing had rolled under the bed before leaving, it was very dusty and dirty underneath

Check-in was quick and easy. We were upgraded to a room closer to the casino/restaurant. Our kids (14/15) LOVE the arcade and have used it every time we've stayed here over the last 3 years. I love having the convenience of a Starbucks right in the hotel!

Good price, quiet and spacious room. Friendly front desk. Fitness center was nice and clean.

On main drag and a little noisy at night. Someone backed into my car in parking lot and bailed.

You closed down the 24 hour coffee shop. We arrived late and had planned on dinner.

The check in was ok not bad

The beds are uncomfortable need to be better comfortable beds to where you can just fall asleep .

Guests arrived early next morning and wouldn't let them stay as something was wrong with the credit card they had - and they did not have a credit card on file for incidentals. Rooms were booked at office and paid with a different company card. They had to go get rooms somewhere else. By the time office knew what happened - unable to cancel next night.

The fact the booking.com doesn't let you know this is a issue. They should be able to use credit card that paid for room for incidentals.

door to outside was not always locked, the security at the pool was a little rude as my children were just swimming in the pool. We were also approached by a off setting drunk man while at my room door with my children.
