the staff was rude I even got a call at 10:30 pm from them asking what room I was in They checked me in so it was weird Also charged me twice for the room and it took me six people to get it resolved I will never stay at a Hilton again.

Beds were comfy. Breakfast had a good variety. Front desk friendly.

No working vent in the bathroom. Torn shower curtain. Alot of grout missing in tub. Not enough towels in the room.

I booked a double queens suite and was given a king suite. The manager said they were completely booked and there was nothing she could do. The four of us had to sleep in one bed. The manager promised to give me a 25% discount but has yet to be shown on the receipt. When I call to question the manager is never available.

Breakfast was well stocked with options. The room was clean and the shower was spacious. Staff was very friendly and courteous

Room was well-appointed & quiet. Front desk staff was friendly & extremely helpful. Breakfast was impressive for a continental-type offering.

There were ants in our room. Many, many ants. None were in the bed, or in the kitchen area, but the sofa & table area were literally infested. And while it may not matter to some, the vanity area was very poorly lit, even with 2 lights available.

Check in was @ 3, we got there at 4:15, went to our assigned room and it was still being cleaned.

Loved the room! It was great to have a small kitchen. Bathroom is a good size. I like that the sink and mirror are separate from the toilet and shower. Slept like a baby in our king size bed. Also we were on the 4th floor and didn't hear any excessive noises in the hall or rooms next to us. Also we're able to get extra towels very easily. Breakfast tasted good and was convenient.

I sold my boyfriend on this hotel because of my excitement to use the pool but the day we got in it was just very cold and we didn't last more than 30 minutes. Didn't bother to try again. Would've been great to have a hot tub since the pool isn't heated. The tvs in the rooms aren't in the most convenient placement but it works since there are two. One last thing is that it would've been nice to have more choices at breakfast but not a deal breaker.

The lobby and hallways of the hotel were clean. The layout of the room was nice. Staff were polite.

I had to wait 15-20 minutes for someone to greet me at checkin, then my room was not ready at check in (I checked in at 4:30). The entire room was covered in a thick layer of dust. There were food particles on almost every wall and cabinet. The tv in the living room area did not work.
