Was over a decent trip besides the delayed check in.

Breakfast and clean and comfortable

We had a good stay at the property, but the exterior appeal could be better!

The room set up worked well for my family. The staff was very helpful and polite. My son loved the waffles!

Cleanliness of the exterior property was lacking.

We truly enjoyed our stay.

When checking in the ladies at the front desk were exceptionally welcoming and so friendly. Made us feel right at home.

We rented the suite but the only complaint I have is the bathroom door does not close completely unless you push the door up. Other than that, we were very pleased with our stay.

I had to ask twice for a hair dryer and finally they found one. It was advertised as having one.

The person checking me in was polite.

I could not adjust the AC/heat. I called and they explained there was a thermostat on the wall. it still would not change. The night was cold. The temp of the room would not go above 68.

An early start

Walking distance from the Mustang Beach Airport. Very quick to get room accommodations for myself and two young daughters. Staff was very informative about things to do in local area.

Lots of bird poop around the balcony railings and stairwell.

Our first room the ac was broke but they moved us to another room. Beds not very comfortable.

overall good value but we have stayed here twice and the place needs some upkeeping.

We thought it was a great value and location.

The place was not the cleanest, some doors wouldn’t lock, there was no weatherstripping on the main door so the outside noise was loud and there were also a lot of bugs in the room.

my door consistently would stop working and lock me out and Andy who finally decided to help is very rude and has no customer service skills

I booked s room with kitchenette- unfortunately the stove top was rusted and the dishwasher had a leak.

Staff was attentive and friendly. Rooms were clean, staff provided clean linens each day and breakfast was nice. Will be staying here again next visit.

For the price to sleep 6 and a full kitchen we didn’t have pots or pans, not enough utensils or plates and we were missing bedding. They were able to bring bedding but not the kitchen items
