It is quiet and clean rooms are nice and staff are sweet

Good location.

I made my reservation on 10/5/22 for 10/21/22 and requested ground floor for my handicapped husband who struggles with stairs. At 6:00 p.m. on 10/20 the property called me and said that they couldn’t give me ground floor. I told them had they let me know before the night before I would have found another location. I told him that I had already paid and he said to call Booking, that they would refund my money. Due to the late notice and that I had already been charged we had no option but to stay there. They put us on the back side of the property that doesn’t have a parking lot. The room had no coffee pot, no hair dryer, I had to attach 6 of the curtain hooks to the rod, there was a desk with no chair, no luggage caddy, no radio/alarm clock, 3 of the four drawers were screwed shut. We’ve stayed there many times before and never had any issues. We will NEVER stay at this property again.

Price was lower than competitors across the street.

I didn’t like noise, stains on bedsheets, and how everything looked so lo maintenance.

Outdated and broken furniture. Hair dyer didn't work. Room not vacuumed.

Friendly staff close to markets and restaurants Beds were comfortable and clean.

Hotel needs work on walls inside rooms. There was a rat that came out of bathroom wall bottom of wall badly damage and missing. Shower knobs broken and room was just mopped but not swept

The staff is very friendly, right off the highway and the price is good.

Rooms are pretty small but for the price they are not bad at all.

Even though we only stayed two nights, they cleaned our room, changing towels and sheets. Much more than I expected.
