Stay was pleasant, quick access to I69. Water pressure not very strong.

It was a clean, well ket updated hotel. Wonderfully comfortable bed.

Convenient from the interstate, easy check in withfriendlystaff, room was clean, nice pool but didn't have time to enjoy it. Elevator was down but we did get lucky to get a room on the ground floor, bathroom ceiling could definitely need some attention, slight mold and mildew even though it had an exhaust fan. Maybe people don't turn it on or it doesn't exhaust well.

I like that the rooms are decently priced and nice.

There were dumpsters in the side front.and back so you couldn’t park near the front The employees were very nice. The rooms were clean but my television wouldn’t work. I did try the pool which was nice The beds were comfortable and clean

The bed is so high that I had real problems getting into it. I am disabled and climbing into a bed is hard and I feel unnecessary.

Great experience at a great price. Very friendly staff, only complaint was the exterior but once you’re inside, very very clean!

Comfortable, friendly, and Tesla charging convenience

We stayed the weekend for a basketball tournament and the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. We had the opportunity to use the heated pool and gym, both were nice and def a perk. The breakfast was also amazing, one of the better at many of the hotels we get to stay traveling for sports. The room was quiet, even being what seemed fully booked. They were courteous with towels and extra blankets (because some of us like the room COLD to sleep, and others not so much). It was walking distance to gas stations and food, and a short drive to nearly any restaurant, shopping and even a shuttle to the casino (we didnt use bc we were on a court ALOT, but def taking advantage next time we are in the area). It was also directly off the interstate, making it easy access to get to and from. Also side note that maybe the staff doesnt handle, but EVERYONE there was kind. All the guests would chat at breakfast and in the elavator (im a friendly person so would say good morning, or how are you, or even had a whole convo with a kid in the pool) it says a ton for a location to be filled with joy. Great job Baymont Staff!!

THIS IS THE WORST HOTEL I'VE EVER STAYED IN. FILTHY FILTHY FILTHY. THIS IS OPERATED BY FOREIGNERS, SO TYAT SPEAKS TO THE CLEANLINESS. STAYED IN THE THE KING SUITE WITH TUB; I WOULDN'T PUT MY DOG IN IT. Site would not allow me to upload photos. STAFF WAS RUDE AND UNACCOMMODATING. CHARGED ME $50 FOR SOMETHING WE DID NOT DO.

The shower head barely had water dribbling out not matter how we tried to adjust it. The beds were comfortable, room was clean, and staff pleasant.

Hotel was clean,the pool was relaxing & refreshing, & breakfast was delicious.

There was no drinking water avalible. No water fountain or water refill station.

Hotel is ok for what we needed. Booked 2 rooms at the same time, but was put on 2 different floors. Frigerator worked but big ice build up. Took forever to cool things off. Pool hours should be better in the summer. 10 to 10. Breakfast is over at 9, then pool should open at 9am. We worked at hotels for years. We would just be doing things differently. Its obvious they live there, so added extra for your guests should be the goals.

I rented the jacuzzi room 108 a fabulous room nice jacuzzi and breakfast needs a lil help but for what it used to be it is a huge upgrade. I love the staff very nice aand treat guests with utmost respect. Bravo to an amazing staff and making amazing upgrades. It was.going.down hill but keep up the good hard work and you will be better than best western soon.

Close to Hoosier Park & restaurants

The bathroom was clean and fresh smelling. The breakfast hot foods tasted surprisingly good for a motel buffet. Although I didn’t use the pool, it looked inviting.
