The bottom line is the location is amazing and the rooms are comfortable it doesn't need to be a big resort type Of bibe to be extremely effective. Definitely will stay Again.

Room was a little chilly even with the heater on , not THAT bad it was 45 out tho, and TV is due for upgrade.

The location is perfect. It’s between the beach and the town on the main road, so everything is easily accessible. We parked our car and didn’t use it again until we left. A block away is a coffee shop and a fantastic bakery, with so many wonderful food options and incredible art galleries everywhere. The place itself is cute and very clean with lots of flowers and a blue and white motif. Although our room was facing the street it was still quiet and the bed was comfortable. There was a mini fridge and coffee maker in the room. No microwave though. The shower had super hot water (appreciated!) A light breakfast was included (cereal, yogurt, pastries). Overall a great place to stay!

Being January, it was really cold and our room was quite drafty around the windows. We kept the shutters closed, the heater setting up and were very glad to have the lovely fireplace as well!

Great location within easy reach of most places including beach. Obliging staff who extended our checkout to noon without a fuss. Complimentary continental breakfast. Very helpful lady in charge.

No mini fridge in room. No daily room cleaning service for less than 3 night stay.

The breakfast lacked vegan options but I didn't expect much so wasn't unhappy with it as its automatically included in room price

Nothing could have been better

loved the location! Our cottage was very cute, clearly a 1990's vibe which is fine as it was clean, and staff were very friendly.

The location is in the heart of downtown Carmel and walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. The inn is very quaint, the gardens are lovely and staff is very helpful.

Parking can be difficult as there are no assigned spaces for the inn. We were able to find convenient parking spaces during the busy Labor Day weekend. Traffic around the inn can be heavy due to downtown and the beach being right there. Those outweigh parking issues.

Location is outstanding and the rooms are like those in Europe. Really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast - staff are very helpful.

Hard to park, no a/c, not as close to the beach as I was led to believe, very hard mattress, should advertise continental breakfast. otherwise assume more.
