It had a kitchenette with all the utilities I needed.

I stayed for 5 days, and the housekeeper didn't clean or vacuum the room. She would just collect the garbage and bring clean towels.

Unfortunately during our stay, we experienced the power outage. Our location had two different buildings and our building did NOT have a generator when the other location did (which was across the street). We went throughout the whole day without any form of electricity. (AC, our FOOD WE PAID FOR went bad, etc) while their other building did not have that issue. We asked for a refund on our last night, which the boss stated was "an act of god". Even though they provided a generator for the building the office was in. There was absolutely no empathy or solution offered for the other building, which was unprofessional and they chose not to accommodate us.

This is should be called Calypso Trashtel. It’s not a hotel. It’s total trash. I had initially booked two nights with them. I choose to cancel the second night at the risk of loosing the money which I didn’t get a refund back from them. The total cost of the whole stay was $412. Just imagine I lost half of that. This place is a total trash. First, let’s talk about the floors, it was sticky as hell. Like it was never mopped. Second, the bed: the mattress was hard as rock, the sheets was dirty and pillow stunk. It’s like they weren’t changed from the previous guests. Imagine my hair stunk from the smell of pillow. The fridge is one of those mini ones, it looks like it was being picked up from a curbside trash. Do not waste your money on this hotel. If you look out the back, there are like 50 trash cans sitting there. I would give this hotel a 0 rating. It’s not even worth a 1.

We liked Debbie, we liked how smiling and friendly everyone we met was! We liked how the room was arranged! We enjoyed the little kitchen and the two televisions with good TV! Keep in mind we usually don't expect super luxury being near the Wildwood boardwalk, and we were happy with our room. We would book again next year if we decide to go to WildWood.

I didn't like how far the pool was, so I didn't go to the pool. No big deal. I was confused which pool I could go to. Didn't make any difference to our fun factor. We are people that have fun, we "don't sweat the small stuff" and we had fun anyway. Also we didn't know how the A/C controls worked, and we were too cold or too hot, but we figured it out...why not put instructions for that unit?

The staff was so helpful and available 24/7!!!
