Great location. Excellent nightly rate. Room was clean and everything worked well.
Areas in front of the rooms was somewhat trashed. Eg., we had a broken toilet sitting at the top of the stairwell near our room. There were also a number of "residents" that were renting rooms by the month. Our second morning at 6am I heard a racket outside and it turned out to be some homeless ppl raising a ruckus.

Offered nothing but a bar of soap, and towels. Had to buy shampoo. Not especially clean. Uncomfortable bed and pillows. Sketchy location. One of our group as soon as the saw it said, " a hooker has definitely died here." , and that is a fairly accurate description. Also, not breakfast when they said there was going to be on the website.

The front desk was friendly and responsive enough when I called to ask a question.
It was dirty, linens and shower curtain were stained, tv was broken, no toiletries except facial soap, smelled like cigarettes through the vents, no extra blankets (only a thin cover on bed, handprint smear on the headboard. Full ashtray containers I’m the walkways. I will not stay there again

The bed frame had so much dust and dead skin cells on it that it came off in layers, The toilet seat had to be cleaned with a wash cloth before it could be used, and the wash cloth was disgusting after. There was something wet all over the floor and never dried. We were only there, 15 minutes and left.

room was cold took two hours to warm up , why did they not tun on the heat it was very cold. I booked about a hour before I arrived it should have had the heat on.

I expect little when I book with motel 6 ..most are run down, older. This motel exceeded my expectations…it had been renovated last year. While the room was spare, it was clean. The shower had good pressure, bathroom was clean, room was very quiet and the bed was comfortable! The parking lot was very well lit and I felt safe walking my dogs at night.
