I had my laundry stuck in the laundry room and no clothes or my work clothes and I was going through health issues and it was very inconvenient. and when I said something to the staff about my unconvincence they told me all I would have to check out and they contact me with my belongings another time.

The staff was so friendly and rooms were clean

Hotel guests hanging tight outside lobby doors smoking. Would have preferred a place off to the side for them to smoke so I didn't have to walk through their second hand smoke

Ok.

Room exceedingly humid. Work papers damp feeling after only 2 hours. Had to get dehumidifier to dry the room. Had to ask to get room serviced.

It was in Neenah and close to highway.

There was holes in the wall. Outlets were damaged. The bathroom door was crooked and would not shut. The boss was unaccomidating, we were here for marathon and asked for later check-out time to back and take a shower... was told NO very sharply.. you can not clean all the rooms at one time... You need to treat your guests respectfully. We were only asking for 1 extra hour.

Breakfast could haves used boiled eggs as a protein source

The hot tub was not working and I looked forward to using it after a very stressful funeral-the reason I was in town

convenient to where we needed to be and price was reasonable. the restroom was clean.

the property was dark and dingy. it smelled bad, therefore it was not a good value even though the price per night was reasonable. there was also a lot of highway noise.
