Decent little spot. Definitely a little dated but good for a night. Breakfast was great.
Beds could’ve been a little more comfortable and the walls were paper thin. Could hear every step neighbors made

Nothing. They took my $150 and then wouldn’t let me stay in the room I paid for.
Rudeness. I paid for a room. Had a copy of my id and my credit cards in my digital wallet. I also had a confirmation number. My problem was I left my wallet at the gas station 2.5 hours back towards Denver. These women were horrible and wouldn’t let me check into my room I paid for and now they refuse to refund me for it. I’m a student and they straight up took advantage of me. I really could use the money to stay somewhere else but they wouldn’t even have a conversation with me about. I have a digital ID in my wallet get with modern times.

Breakfast room is excellent: spacious and comfortable. The staff person on hand was polite and helpful. Our room on the ground floor was handy, and the bed was comfortable. The heater/air conditioner was quiet.
Cereal selection for breakfast could be better, and the coffee was not hot enough (I hate luke-warm coffee). The bath towels are so thin as almost see through.

Ideally situated in central Glenwood Springs, near to all the major attractions and restaurants. Decent room, comfortable but no added extras that you sometimes find elsewhere, e.g. coffee, tea, and partially equipped kitchen. Free parking, friendly welcome and despite the location it was very quiet.
Added value facilities in the kitchenette.

Nice family owned Inn. Incredibly clean with nice updates. Staff was accessible and helpful. Conveniently located between Glenwood Springs Adventure Park and the hot springs and local restaurants. Lots of choices on their breakfast. We would definitely stay there again.

Excellent location within walking distance to the hot springs and main street shopping. Had parking and nice, comfortable quiet rooms. Staff was very nice.

The only negative about the room was the curtains- dated, stained, tacky. Make the investment and change those out.

We found it clean and close to the pools as well as downtown. They even charged my Tesla for free. No breakfast, but that's fine, and we breakfasted in great breakfast joints. Coming back next year.

Perfect location to walk to attractions, and the bus stop was footsteps away when you didn't want to walk. One business we used was right across the street.
