Needed repairs , outdated furniture , no breakfast , a lot of drug users surrounding

It is not a safe place to stay for family vacation. We were waken up 2:30 AM by a naked stranger who opened our room (lucky we had the door guards in place). I called the front office to claim someone just opened our room door, but he in his sleepy voice claimed that “nobody can open the door.” Then, hung up on me. I tried to call again but he ignored my call. In the morning, I called him out to show the door was not engaged on exiting. He claimed that I did not close the door properly!!! Hotel door should automatically close on its own when closing on outside.

Horrible, mal olor, sucio e incluso encontré una almohada sucia. La gente gritando abajo y llegó la policía. La ventanas y las puertas no sirven para aislar el ruido y se escucha toda la avenida y los carros. Los baños están en muy malas condiciones

It has always been a nice play to stay but the new furniture has really improved the look of the rooms. The staff is also really friendly and willing to help without a hassle. There is also plenty of parking. There is also a safe in the room.

No fridge or microwave in the rooms, but there is a communal microwave, so it's ok.

I pais for a room with a jacuzzi wasn't working.

To noisy couldn’t sleep neighbors to noisy and loud and owner didn’t even notice

The property was clean and there was Jacuzzi in the room.

However the Jacuzzi seems not functional and we couldn’t find any option to stop water from draining.

The beds were comfortable

Outside the rooms it smelled like pee and the trash can we’re so full
