Location to Mansion Theater was great.

Extremely old outdated rooms.

It was very clean and the beds were so comfortable. It was also one of the quietest hotels we have stayed in.

I CHECKD IN. UNPACKED AND WENT TO DINNER, WHEN I RETURNED THE ATTENDANT SAID SHE HAD GIVEN ME WRONG ROOM AND I WOULD HAVE TO MOVE, I DIDN'T LIKE THAT BUT I MOVED. THE ATTENDANT WAS NOT QUALIFIED TO HANDLE ARRIVALS, THE ROOM THEY GAVE US BEDS WERE TERRIBLE. VERY HARD TO SLEEP. WHEN I RECIEVED MY CREDIT CARD INVOICE SHE CHARGD ME FOR BOTH ROOMS. I WON.T BE GOING BACK. beds were terrible

RECEIVE A NICE ROOM FIRST TIME ..NOT MOVE ME TO OLD DELAPIDATED BED AND DON'T CHARGE ME DOUBLE FOR THEIR MISTAKE....WORST STAY EVER

Easy check in and location

I’ve stayed many times over the years and always had rooms close to the front stairs without issue but this time back in the back and the outside of the premises in the back was dirty unkept and quite discussing. The back entrance by the elevators were nasty. Carpet everything has definitely been forgotten in the upkeep

The eggs on the buffet was AMAZING!!! I have NEVER had liquid eggs that tasted so DELICIOUS!!! That person needs a raise! The gravy was great too.

Maybe a little cheaper since it's an older hotel.

Not bad would have liked real eggs not powdered!! But the ladies were very nice.

When I arrived room was not ready. Came back in 4 hours still not ready. The first worker at the desk was RUDE. When I came back and room was not ready. A new worker was unhappy. She moved me to a clean room. Very disappointed that the hot tub was broke. That’s the reason I booked with you. Also car show showed up. And we could not use pool. And lots of kids. It would also be nice to have an ice machine on our floor.

Very clean, nice appearance. Great location. Breakfast was good 😊

The swimming pool was green. 😞
