Die Empfangsdame war das Highlight, sie hatte geglänzt mit Freundlichkeit. Mehr positives ist über diese Unterkunft leider nicht zu erwähnen.

1 Nacht, 21. Stockwerk Leider war die Unterkunft rundum verdreckt und abgewohnt. Es hatte an Ausstattung gemangelt, kein Sicherheitshaken an der Türe, kein mini Kühlschrank vorhanden. Der Teppichboden im Zimmer unvorstellbar eingestaubt. Die Betten abgenutzt und die Kissen klein und hart wie Stein. Der Abzug im Bad völlig verdreckt. Die Wasserabläufe im Badezimmer nicht funktional, das Wasser steht einem beim duschen bis zu den Knöcheln und die ausgespuckte Zahnpasta schwimmt auch noch nach 10 Minuten im Wasser des Waschbeckens herum. Abgesehen davon möchte man ohnehin die Dusche kaum verwenden, völlig abgenutzt und ungepflegt. Die Silikondichtungen durchgeschimmelt, Schienen und Duschtüre verkalkt und völlig verdreckt.

The beds were like rocks, very hard bumps. The shower had hair in it. When you walked in door there were pieces of lint on the floor. Never really felt clean.

It was just a passing through type of stay. The room weas clean. The staff was friendly. It was pleasant to see the river when we walked outside after eating,

The bed was not so comfortable. It was alright for a single night stay, but definitely if we had to stay longer it would have been rough.

It was not that crowded or loud so it was perfect for us.

The shower was a walk in shower and looked dirty and old so I did not take a shower there☹️

Service fee, what kind of BS is that? I know all the hotels have been doing that for a long time. It's BS It's just part of the price that's not advertised, it's an insult to our intelligence. Elevators sound like we are gonna fall to our deaths.

Slept ok.

Did not look like it was cleaned properly. Carpet dirty. Garbage in room. Bathroom had hair in shower. Could not get TV or coffee maker to work. Found power strip was unplugged. Okay after plugging in. As we were only staying one night we did not change rooms.

This Hotel is the worst by far . i came in to check in . they didn’t have my rooms i asked for .They want to place you in any room they want . i asked for non smoking and they gave me smoking section . To make things worst as soon as i got in to the rooms . OLD and dirty bathrooms looked as if haven’t been cleaned in a year . bathtub black , water dripping and smelled. But the worst !!! Roaches coming down the ceiling. Ugh i left as soon as i arrived and canceled my stay .. Went to TROPICANA instead..

The rooms weren't cleaned, we had to move to another room because of a fishy smell.

First off the customer service checking in the lady was really rude to start off with we made reservations and they weren't met then the room we had was supposed to be for more then 2 people and we only had 2 towels and wash cloths cooler made a bunch of noise the beds were very uncomfortable and the elevator line were horrible because there was only like 3 of them working we will never stay there again .

The rooms are in need of remodeling. The beds need replacing, mattresses are worn out and lumpy. Staff should put more attention to cleaning the rooms properly. There was a greasy stain on the headboard and dirty bathtub.
