I loved how there was free breakfast and the pools were open 24 hours. Usually we would have to rush our time to go to the pool but we would go at 2am and it was nice.

I wish the breakfast times would be a little bit later because we like to sleep in but I know that the times are the same at every hotel. There is nothing else that I don’t like about my stay

The king-size bedroom was nice and spacious. Great breakfast with various items to choose from. The outdoor swimming pool is heated which is enjoyable on a cool December evening.

I think the main thing is that the hotel doesn't have elevators. Although I was offered a room downstairs, I chose the one on the second floor because it had a comfy sofa chair and ottoman/footrest where I could sit and read before going to bed. I would stay again.

Great location and seemed to be undercooked for the area. The property appears to be an older motel which has been rebranded and refurbished, but it's well done and fits the area. The room was large and well appointed, and the bathroom was nicely done with a tiled shower. My second floor room had a balcony, which was a welcome surprise.

My first room was just off the lobby and next to the breakfast area. I suspect it's not a bad room under normal conditions. This weekend, however, Indio was hosting a huge youth soccer tournament and several teams had booked in at the hotel. They decided to use the breakfast area as their staging/meeting/eating area, which made the room louder than I was comfortable with. It took less than 5 minutes at the front desk and they reassigned me to a comparable room in a different building. No fuss no muss and I was on my way. While I wasn't happy with the way the other occupants were using the property, the staff was quick to address my concerns and make me a happy customer.

1) Although we didn’t use it, the pool was heated. 2) The breakfast was very good. We were pleasantly surprised that it wasn’t just cold cereal and rolls. We had eggs, oatmeal, potatoes, waffles and apples.

No elevator in our building. Yes, we are capable of using the stairs but an elevator would have been nice when you are loaded down with your bags
