Poor disposable plates and cutlery

Burst place I ever stayed

I experienced several issues during my stay. The beds, two double twin size, were not attached to the headboard, causing the entire bed to move with any slight motion. The bathroom lacked towels and tissue, and the dirty walls and absence of security screens in the windows left me feeling unsafe, especially since we were traveling with small children. Moreover, the hotel, resembling more of a motel, had a noticeable mildew and smoke smell. The limited breakfast options only included waffles, fruit, and coffee. This stay fell below my expectations, and I've never encountered such issues at a Laquinta before.

Shuttle to the port.

Over priced..needs an update.. No safe in the room. The breakfast is absolutely horrible, not alot of choices.

The property was very dirty musty smell in the elevator the carpet was smelled musty and made your skin curl from it looking soooooo unclean only good thing was the hotel offers free shuttle service to and from the airport

Zu kleiner Frühstücksraum. Möbel nicht mehr taufrisch. Das Hotel könnte ein wenig aufgefrischt werden.

El espacio del desayuno era demasiado pequeño para tanta gente y las mesas estaban muy sucias, no había alguien que las estuviera limpiando.

The shower power could be a little stronger more power outlet for charging and the breakfast can have mire option i liked the waffle making machine and the bread toaster but just egg and butter no bacon or sausage

Close to the airport and we were able to check in early,

The toilets in the rooms are very low , and really hard on my sick knees to bend so far down.

We stayed at this hotel prior to a cruise out of the port of Miami. When messaging with the property prior to the trip, the management indicated a very late checkout would not be an issue ( couldn’t arrive at port until 16:00) as they had plenty of vacancy. Upon checkin, the desk attendant said he couldn’t approve it, and said he didn’t know who the messages were from when I showed him the messaging on the app. He said we’d have to ask the next morning. I asked the lady at the desk the next morning about it and she said she could only extend our check out to 12:30 at the latest since they were full (there we hardly ANY vehicles in the parking lot). I went to the elevator and remembered I needed to get something out of our vehicle. When I passed the desk, the same clerk was speaking in Spanish to another employee, and mocking me for asking about what I was already told would not be a problem from one of their representatives (that’s right, country boys from Ga might know a little Spanish too). Rude staff that only cared to cater to Hispanics from all the interactions I witnessed. They seemed bothered and irritated if anyone spoke English to them. There were signs everywhere indicating no smoking indoors of tobacco, marijuana, or vapes, but our entire floor reeked of nasty, skunky weed. We we said something to them about it, they just shrugged their shoulders. Homeless dude was sleeping on the bench out front and begging for money, harassing guests, and staff would not ask him to leave or stop bothering customers.

The breakfast was very good. The location to the airport was good.

The room appeared to not been cleaned fully. The bathtub appeared to still have dirt in it around the sides. The airport shuttle service needs to start earlier in the morning, for those who have early flights. We had a 6:30 AM flight and the shuttle started at 5AM not giving enough time to get bags checked and through TSA. We nearly missed our flight due to not getting to the airport early enough, as the TSA line was very long.

Basic but clean, functional and staff were very helpful and friendly

Breakfast was good and we liked the rooms, just wish we had know about the shuttle to the airport before I purchased it from the airport to the cruise ship, but now we know and we will see you next year about this time.

Didn't like the fact that we did not know that we could get a shuttle from the hotel to our cruise ship. We have the number and will use it next time.
