The hotel was very clean, the room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable. The location is perfect.

The location is ideal if you are staying overnight to catch a flight the next day. The shuttle in the morning was on time and the driver was friendly.

We had to wait over an hour for the pick up from the airport. If they would have told me this I would have gladly paid for a taxi. Do not take a room on the top floor. Some kind of mechanical noise would come on and off every 15-30 minutes through the entire night.

I waited 40 minutes for the airport shuttle. I called twice and the first time they said they would arrive in 8 minutes. I called back and they apologized and said they would be there in 6 minutes. When they arrived and I said something they didn't apologize for inconvenience of waiting but made excuses. Next, and this is a big one. Wifi did not work. I chose EB for the comfortable rooms so that I could work in the morning before my flight. I couldn't get online and when I went to the front desk they said that the wifi doesn't work with Apple. Really? Half the people on the planet use apple computers. I won't be staying at the EB again.

Comfortable beds with a variety of pillows including down feather. Really important for a problem neck. Amazing shower, room was very spacious and comfortable. Amenities in the shower we’re by Aveda, excellent quality!

Carpets on floor. These did look a bit dingy, and carpets in hotel rooms always kind of disgusting.

The internet didn’t work during my stay.
