We didn't like that the heater didn't work and the only thing they would do to help was give us ONE EXTRA blanket! There were rooms not being used...but they refused to give us a different room. The coffeemaker didn't work. We didn't bother to report the broken coffeemaker. We got there around 8:00 p.m. and left before 8:00 a.m. We wanted to have a good night's sleep and a cup of coffee when we got up...neither of those things happened

Breakfast was awesome! Only thing else I could of asked for was some kind of meat ... Besides that it was perfect ....

The water pressure in the shower was low and water sprayed every where. I like the hard pressure shower heads that you can actually feel the water hit your skin not just a mist.... Also tbe ice machines are all pretty scary looking. Not sure when they changed the filter or anything on those things. Mold growing out of them .... Yuck...

The room exceeded my expectations and it was well put together. The fact it had two couch beds was really convenient and an unexpected bonus. The suites being completely inside as opposed to the other rooms also was great for the value.

The location of the hotel wasn't what I was expecting and I didn't like the area. The lobby was smaller than I was expecting and and a little empty and gave me a bad impression of the facilities which were much better.

Pretty rundown despite the attempt to update it. Remodeling is done very sloppy and poorly. Also our room had a two inch gap under the door so not only could we see outside but we could also HEAR it. We also had people knocking at our door late at night two of the three nights we were there.

Request a room service for the 4 night that we were there. Never get one.room is poorly put together. My kids adults room, bathroom door have to be lifted to close, dirty tub, sink, brow stain all over her bed. Have to be redone.

We loved the very large suite with privacy doors to our room. We didn’t use the fold ouch couches but definitely convenient to have! we will be back! thanks for everything!

Room smelled musty, was very tidy but “tired”, small stains on the comforter giving me an overall icky vibe. Pillows felt like cardboard stuffed.

My toilet was covered in pee drops and the bathroom was very dirty.. the towels seemed used and re folded. The bed sheet had pubic hair and long hairs on it… I asked for new bedding and it was about 45 mins but that’s not the staffs fault.. there was only ONE staff member working… that is not okay. EVER.

The facilities were good, and basically clean (although there were some spots on the wall in the bathroom that need attention). Loved the coffee maker!

Rooms were supposedly remodeled but were not finished. Staff could have cared less about it. Very disappointing.
