The room was large and clean. The parking lot was super convenient. The bed was super comfortable. The location was good too.

The switches of the lights are not very continent. You always have to go all the way to turn it off if you’re on the other side of the room. I’d rather have the chance to set the pressure of the shower. I couldn’t connect my phone to the TV.

The location was great. The staff was very helpful

it was old and needed a lot of work and upkeep. The walls were very thin.

The convenient location.

First room was abysmal, opposite the motel laundry room in a dark corner off a dark passageway. A fight broke out outside our window reason unknown. Faulty faucet on sink, worn out mattresses and TV not working. After the first night, moved to a second room next to the ice/drink vending machine which was a vast improvement however, telephone not working, faulty faucet on bath/shower, peeling wallpaper and housekeeping missed on two days (on the second occasion desk clerk said it was recorded that it had been cleaned for 40mins! Opposite, heavy construction was taking place 100yrds away from early morning on a new Senior Living Accommodation.

staff was never there when we tried to check in & checkout . we had to wait for 10+ min in the lobby for someone to show up. bathroom looked very old , shower looked shaky

The housekeeper was rude..I drove from San Bernardino to this place for a birthday and this place looked pretty online but no towels in my room for three adults like I paid for...I was told Noone can help me...two bed room but towels for one person. Amongst other things...I paid $160 and traveled almost 2 hours to get treated poorly. It's not what you say it's how it's said... you live and learn that hospitality is nonexistent in places the common folk can afford. My tissue holder is broken and tissue fell in the trash no stopper for bathtub. Small things make a huge difference. My tv has no sound.

Room was terrible. Blood stains, dirty sheets, broken vents, wallpaper falling off the walls and very dirty overall.

a bit sad and dodgy security and safety. was clear the room door had been broken into at some point. not at all what was represented on website security and safety was not good.

Room smell like prior guest had smoked in room, room needs updating, paint etc.., location was good, but a little noisy from other guest.

Probably wouldn't walk in the area.
