onsite managers English was not understandable most of the time.
the parking situation is a nightmare. the bed is horribly uncomfortable. the air conditioner barely works. that is all..

Room 105 heater did not work the bed was very comfortable but squeak a lot

It was close to family we were visiting.
The only positive was good water pressure in the shower.
The room was uncomfortably cold with a broken heater. We had to get blankets from our car & sleep in our clothes & sweaters to stay warm.
Electricity in the bathroom was burned out & people were yelling & arguing outside our room at 3:00am.
Not a good night’s sleep…

I would like to start off with the bed. The mattress was has no padding I felt the spring on my back. The bathroom was dirty.

Quiet, clean, affordable rooms and location was right on the bus line. The motel was located very close to everything from stores to restaurants, all within a couple of blocks. Within walking distance or 1/2 block from the bus stop.
Nothing at all. I couldn't ask for a better deal for the location the motel was at.

I didn’t like anything
The man that worked there was very rude and their policies are unclear. When you book online it says property does not take cash but when you get there he says they only take cash deposit

Was double charged and the room smelled of sex. Unclean covers.

Customer service was pretty ba.. being told to check out by 10am 🙄😒😒

I can’t say that I did for the money you pay , the room was staged an very poor in quality . Windows were moldy , bathroom mold all around the bathroom . Shutters or blinds broke with graffiti. The air conditioner had horrible trash inside the vents . Cobb webs on the side dressers. I had hung my sign to have my room cleaned for fresh sheets and towels and on my return my key did not work and neither sheets or towels were changed. Disappointed!!!!

No hot water!!! I repeat NO HOT WATER! the lady and her husband in the office are very rude,,and they speak in foreign language in front of you...I also asked for clean towels since i booked for 3 days and they did not listen i had to go 2 target and buy my own towel ,,,really bad service

Actual Queen size bed,,
Dirty bathroom no hot water ,,,very rude and unhappy owner of the hotel,,,very cheap toilet paper,,blood or poop stain on the walls,,the iron board was locked up in chains
