It was just a standard room, not quite the quality we are used to for Hampton Inn.

Old, felt a bit grungy and way too expensive for what we got. Very disappointed.

Very expensive

Location was great! Grounds were very nice. Having the balcony on the water was very nice. Proximity to pier 39 was a plus. Just a short walk for a drink in the evening or coffee in the morning. I usually do not use provided shampoo/ conditioner but needed to this trip. It was a very nice pleasant smelling brand.

The room had an odd smell. We opened the balcony door and it seemed to air out a bit. The toilet rocked when sat upon.

The room was nice and comfortable. Breakfast was good

Staff at breakfast was very rude.

the view, room, jetted tub, breakfast, location, It was the perfect place to stay. It was close to things yet in a quiet location. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much for having such a great place to stay.

Front staff was very helpful. The view was amazing, and we enjoyed the walking path behind the hotel, as well as the continental breakfast!

Service was great. We requested a top floor room and it was kindly provided. Thanks DJ! The location is great, we loved walking the path and going to the cafe at the cannery. The view was also very nice:)

The bathroom shower needed some attention. The shower head didn't work well and sprayed water everywhere including on the floor (no mater what we did with the shower curtain). It was clear the shower head was very old. The tub was missing caulk which was concerning.

Location Breakfast

I left some of my jacket and two bathrobes inside closet by mistake. When I came back and asked to give it back to me I was told it’s not there. They told me they would check cameras they did snd said they didn’t found anything or anyone take it. So their staff stole my staff. Plus when I called to ask to speak with hotel manager they said they will call me back and they never did. Plus front desk hang up on me few time. Still they did not call me back and they didn’t even apologised. It’s the first time something like this happened to me I do travel a lot for work. Very disappointed.

Very nice facility; pool & whirlpool were clean and nice. Breakfast exceeded expectations. Friendly staff and accommodations.

Next time we’ll get rooms with a view.

Breakfast was very diverse and healthy.

It was the sea lions mating season. Very loud creatures they are.

Horrible they were out of everything

The breakfast was terrible, the sea lions barking all night, they should have told us about that

Breakfast wasn't special but it got the job done and wasn't bad. The rooms were spacious and clean. We didn't experience any noises that would bother us otherwise. There wasn't much of a view to speak of, but we didn't spend much time in the room.

Conveniently located to restaurants, shops, attractions, professional and friendly staff, room was spacious with beautiful view of the river and had everything we needed. lovely walking/bicycle path that takes you right to town. Great selection for breakfast as our plans demanded eating early and then back on the road…oatmeal, waffles, frittatas, bacon, turkey sausage, cereals, juices, coffee, etc. We would definitely stay here again.
