Beautiful We were in the executive room & it was super convenient.

The air unit leaked & my husband fixed it instead of sleeping one night. We even got a part for it the next day. He didn’t want us to have to change rooms in the middle of the night so he fixed it himself. He’s a maintenance instructor. He told the front desk & she said she would tell the manager. I feel like we should have received a discount bc he lost a night of rest, gave free labor, & bought a part for the unit.

The service was HORRIBLE!! Never again and I wouldn’t advise others to stay unless things change the attitude the lady carried we arrived @1 am under the impression we could go in our room cause that’s what was said but the said they had no rooms available till the next day @4pm and we had to sleep in the car but they told us next morning we could eat breakfast and they had a room available at 11 if we’d pay 30 more dollars when we was told they had no room so the said we can come at 3 and our room would be ready so we get back at 3:30 and waited for 30 minutes for our room .after coming in for breakfast they had grits and I asked if the had Cheese and she quickly responded before I can finish the question with no we ran out of cheese and then the other lady said something she went to check and came out with cheese and then went back to the kitchen with no Recognition this was an awful experience and I will never unless God tell me to revisit here and would not recommend with others those lady’s at the front desk made us feel like they were being racist.

The property was updated and check in staff was friendly.

They did not clean my room after the first night. Bed was not made, trash was not emptied, used towels weren't collected and replace with clean linens. I checked 2 floors for an ice maker and non were in working order and looked like they haven't been used in a very long time. As I closed my door to leave I realized I had left shirts hanging. With my bags at my door and proper I.D. I was told they couldn't open my door per company policy. I said I had just that minute closed it and they could watch me retrieve my items but, they insisted that I go to checkout to get a new key. This was very frustrating.

The pool was nice.

The day shift front desk manager was extremely rude. And made myself and my children not want to stay at the property.

Just the location and cleanness.

1. Shower had a huge crack in the wall wouldn’t keep curtain up 2. Service was terrible, Lady was rude in the front. 3. Scammed me of $50 to check in, after calling Wyndham they said they shouldn’t charge that amount then i called booking and they said it should of been $45 so they’re pocketing money from the guest. 4. They closed down breakfast over an hour early 3/10 Experience do not recommend!
