We stayed in room 212 It was close to the beach. other then having to use a code to get to the beach it was nice. The heated pool was nice but it was closed down for most of our stay

Hot tub was not working the whole time. Construction was going on and being woke up at 8am every morning wasn't nice The heated pool was nice but it was closed down for most of our stay. There is black mold under the kitchen sink. And black mold on the shower curtains tub was dirty had to clean it before use .curtain rod was bent and broken so was not able to close it . The apartment is outdated and ran down there was no comfort at all you sit on the couch and you sink because it's broken the mattress is so worn out that you feel the springs we had to call maintenance to work on the hotwater heater he said it needed to be replaced but the owner wouldn't do it so taking a 5 minute shower before the hot water ran out was crazy (we were told we could go take showers down at the hot tub area which in my opinion was ridiculous (sounds like a slum lord to me ) we also paid a cleaning fee at the time of booking but yet we're giving instructions to clean the apartment before leaving (by no means did we leave it dirty or nasty ) but I feel we shouldn't have to take time away from our vacation to clean bedding and towels floors ect. If we have to clean it for the next person to stay then we shouldn't be charged a cleaning fee we spent 75.00 on cleaning supplies to do what was asked so when booking with the summit tell them you do not want room 212

Location was great and staff friendly.

Condo was dirty and dated. Couldn't check in till 5 then get an email short time later telling us "our vacation is coming to an end" and how to clean the room for them.

Beachfront

The condo was disgusting. Sheets were not washed. There was sand all in the bed and blood on the sheets. Coffee pot was nasty on the inside. Beer bottles were left on the patio of the room. TV’s did not work.

View was amazing and the room was clean when we got there, very easy to check in and had a good location very close to pineapple willies! Also had a lot of room to sleep people, bunk beds, main room queen bed, and a pull out sofa! There was also a love seat that could be possible to sleep on if you’re not super tall or anything. The place also had lots of amenities! Bikini bobs had good food for a low price and the pools were big.

Some of the appliances could been updated, older kitchen appliances and the sink in the bathroom would clog easily, also if you tried to turn the heat on it would make a horrible smell so we turned it off immediately after. Also, on the bunk beds the only way you could plug in your phone to charge was to also turn on the lights, and at night that was a little annoying, so we had to take the bulbs out in order to charge without them being on, but other then that it was still a nice stay! I didn’t mind the problems to be honest.

the pool and hottub were phenomenal. the view was amazing. bikini bobs out back to grab a drink and some great food . it was an all around great vibe.

there was some issues with an elevator or two a couple nights of the stay . but that’s pretty usual. not a big deal.

we stayed 5 nights they don't clean the rooms and when you call they don't answer the phone they charged around $170 and they don't clean that was unfair

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay, it was a short walk to Pineapple Willy's which we really enjoyed. The condo was perfect for our group. It met our expectations for such a short notice of booking and the price.
