The breakfast was good
The carpets and floors were filthy, air conditioner was so loud we got very little sleep…. After bringing it to the front desk attention the response was…yeah yeah a lot of them don’t even work

breakfast good..rooms clean and bed comfortable
HOt tub did not work..pool was like jumping into a cold lake....shiver shiver..in and out in two seconds....no kidding it was like a cold lake....cheap hotel didn't want to pay bill to keep pool at a decent temp and hot tub was out of order ...on the flip side hotel worker gave me a pass to go across the street to the wellness club where they had a very nice pool and huge hot tub...i booked this hotel for the pool ..hot tub and breakfast...one out of the three passed my expectations (breakfast) would not stay again because the pool was like ice and no hotub...

The breakfast was amazing selection, and delicious. The staff was super friendly. The amenities were lovely, and we loved being able to bring our dog with us.

The room was very clean when we arrived, as well as the lobby. The breakfast buffet was very good, well supplied, good choices, and clean. Pool was also fun. Good location for our trip, and many restaurants nearby.
No maid service (due to shortage of staff) for our 3 nights stay. Daily, had to place used towels & trash outside our door.
Got fresh towels & refill of necessary supplies at the front desk.

The location was nice , the staff there was really great, helpful and friendly .. the environment was great too… breakfast is included which was a plus for us …
There was some noise coming from the AC at night , and sound insulation was not that perfect ..
but it doesn’t really effect us much so, it’s all good
One thing though, the room door was a little hard to open ..

Decent location
The head of the cleaning staff barged in on my 12 year old children and said they owed $75 in late fees after I already had it ok’d with the front desk. Scared them and they were very upset. Fridge didn’t work and AC was extremely loud. Couldn’t sleep.

Loved the room. The setup was great.
Didn't like the complimentary breakfast. The eggs & sausage were nasty. They only have one elevator. We had to wait a long time to get on with the luggage rack. Between the guest and cleaning crew, it was like Graham Central Station when we were trying to leave. They need an elevator just for the cleaning employees.

I loved the breakfast buffet it was the best buffet we have had in years at hotels. The suite we had with a kitchenette was wonderful, it could accommodate 6 people. I was very impressed! The staff was wonderful too.
The hot tub was being worked on, so that was a bummer. The front doors were also being worked on. However, I found myself looking at over vacation destinations to see if Hawthorne Suites was available in other areas we like to travel. Excellent job!

Staff was great. Needed another person serving breakfast. The one girl was doing a great job considering she was by herself.
Pool was closed due to being broken and no maintenance to fix it.

The room was clean, and very comfortable. It had plenty of room for up to six people as well as a mini kitchen with fridge, microwave and sink with dishes available upon request.
The buffet breakfast was also wonderful with many choices.

Location was convenient, close to volleyball tournament at KIVA. They also served a free breakfast.
The front doors were not operating. You had to manually open & close 2 sets of heavy automatic doors to get in & out of the lobby. The sign posted said it was due to “extreme temperatures”, but it was 40+ degrees outside? The furnace in our room was very loud, but by the second night we were too tired to care about the noise.
