Location and staff were wonderful. The rooms was cool when we walked in which was a nice change from the 107 degree temp outside!

The room was clean except for around the toilet. The bottom sides of the toilet at the floor had dried urine caked on it. When bending to put items on the vanity shelf or to turn on the water in the bathtub, the smell of dried urine was STRONG! Also, the pool water was cloudy. It was not slimy nor smelled of chlorine but the chemicals definitely needed to be checked.

Beds could be a tad more comfortable. Not your typical pillow top mattress like it used to be. But still a good night rest. Just trying to find a negative because you asked

The breakfast was okay the one day we got it. Location was great!

Hotel was not very clean! The entire hotel reeked of smoke! Parking lots and back entrance was dirty and weird people just hanging out smoking and doing other things. Our entrance door never worked right. Impossible to get in, then just left unlocked for 2 days and nights. Staff wasn’t friendly. Watching shows on their phones, acted like it was a pain to be interrupted.

Room keys stop working for side/back entrance and had to replace it twice.
