Booked on booking.com, did not know about the extra fees, at least $90.00 more. Plus could not use my ING number cause it's a third party booking. Otherwise everyone at the hotel were awesome and very nice!

I had no hot water and continually complained. my room stank of dog pee and when I complained I was told that I should have asked for floor 19 as that floor has no pets. if I knew that I would have stayed in a proper hotel and not a dogs kennel.
