Beautiful setting. Lovely public rooms. excellent full breakfast. Modern attractive bathroom. First rate restaurant next to the Inn.
Though contactless check in was no doubt due to Covid, we wished there could have been a welcoming human present in the afternoon and early evening. on the other hand, this made for a very quiet and even serene experience.

Location is super convenient, directly on the Old Wharf, so you can enjoy the boats coming and going and walk to all downtown restaurants. Complimentary bikes were great.
The bathrooms & kitchens of the cottages have not been updated in a while and were disappointing at this price point. Expect laminate countertops and similar older lower-end finishes/furnishings. It is clean though.

I loved staying here. Everything was absolutely perfect. The beds were super comfy.
The bathrooms were beautiful. The tub and rain shower was so great!!! Such a nice quiet spot.

It was a ridiculous price per night to get such a tiny room, tiny bathroom,no closet, and numerous notes around the room.

The breakfast was the only part of our stay which was good.
We had booked a deluxe king room which boasted about a fireplace. The fire place was not only tiny but also locked for customers to use. When we asked the owners if we could use it we were told that it was locked and not allowed to be used - and if we were feeling cold, that there were blankets to use instead. The room itself also was much smaller than anticipated and infested with spiders. It was so bad that even after telling the owners about it, nothing was done. We couldn’t sleep there and had to leave the inn at night to stay elsewhere. A complete and utter rip off !!!! I would never ever stay here again and am appalled at the good reviews the inn has. Unless booking.com issues some sort of refund or points back I will have lost complete faith in them and will warn others against using their service due to false advertising and extremely overpriced stays.

Helen and Mike were very kind, the inn is fantastic very nice and clean. Really good breakfast, everything is homemade. All covid19 measures were in place. We really enjoyed our stay!
