I hate booking online because it seems easier to just call but my online experience was super easy. It was completely hassle-free.

Nothing, except I didn't have a swimsuit to take advantage of the pool.

Very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool.

The people in the room next door were noisy. I don't know if the facility has a quiet hour time where people need to be quiet. It seemed not.

Breakfast was not great, it was ok. The bed was nice, the carpets were clean.

Our bathroom was not super clean and I feel like the room could have used some fixing up, but it was fine for what we needed. It would have been nice to have an ice machine on the second floor.

Room was very clean. Didn't eat breakfast there, so I can't remark about the food. Ample parking. Bed was comfortable. Staff were very accommodating.

Pool was murky. Bed was on a rather high platform. Receptionist said a lot of people remark on the beds height. I imagine it would be difficult for an elderly person to get into the bed. The place was a bit noisy. Easy to hear other guests. No ice machine on the second floor. The road to the hotel was not marked very well. The end of the parking lot, for some reason, was unfinished . Phone kept flashing, indicating I had messages, when I didn't.
