Very clean and staff was nice. Answered any questions we had.

We have stayed at this motel at least 1-2x’s each year for several years. We had an emergency when we were due to travel on this trip. The hotel was very kind and worked with us so that we did not lose the full cost of our reservation. That type of compassion will not be forgotten and we will be returning for future trips to the area.

The manage Hitesh was friendly and went above and beyond by driving us to lake Somerville when we could not get an Uber.

the outside of hotel was nice In appearance
The hotel had a smell of smoke, or moldy musty smell to it. there was a used bar of soap that was left in the bath tub of our room. the room smelled musty and damp. they were renovating and began banging and vacuuming at 8:00am on Sunday morning. Very upsetting. will never recommend this hotel. Also, the owner and night shift worker was not very friendly, or hospitable.

The location next to the highway, the parking available on the side. the continental breakfast was fresh, desk clerks were friendly and helpful.

The Booking.com site has a question about pets that was answered on March 5, 2020, that states the pet fee is $10 per night. The clerk charged us $25, an increase of 150% in 2 1/2 years. Booking.com should update their website to the $25 pet fee.

Value and price are a good match. I was positively surprised by the room size and comfort of it. The bed was quite nice. Breakfast was also decent.
Location is okay - nothing they can do about that, there is not a lot to do in town. The facilities should be updated - especially the swimming pool.

where to start.
The rooms were not very clean. they smelt old. our sink didn’t drain, our mini fridge didn’t work. The housekeeper came in our room one morning TWICE WITHOUT KNOCKING making us feel very uncomfortable, considering it was 8 am & we were sleeping, and it was 9:30 am and I was getting ready while my husband showered.

The breakfast included was simple yet satisfying and important since we traveled as a family (14).
someone else’s dirty clothes were still tucked under beds and in corners upon our arrival. the temperature in the room was inconsistent and quite uncomfortable.

Room was paid online. I was charged a deposit of $100 for the room at check in, after we got there. It was refunded after they checked the room at checkout. Was not prepared for this added expense.
