There wasn't enough options for Breakfast. There was not shower soap in our room. We requested it, but never received it. The halls had bad smell. The cleaning lady didn't speak English.

L entrée à l immeuble est très bien l endroit pour le déjeuner très bien et propre
Nous avions pris une chambre avec deux lit doubles les lits étais pas recouvert de meme desçu de lit un des lits les draps par dessus la douillette la tv ne fonctionnait pas le câble étais comme mal Branché la couette d un des lit étais usé meme très usé , il n’y avait pas de poubelles dans la chambre , pas de connections USB pour recharger les cellulaires le rest d l hôtel avais l air propre le chauffage fonctionne mais très bruyant donc on a pas utilisé sa semble le meme problème pour les autres chambres on entend le ventilateur de chauffage de l autres chambres fonctionner fort

Frühstück besteht aus abgepackten Muffin, Cornflakes und Waffeln. Dazu Kaffee, Orangensaft und Milch. Zimmerreinigung hat eigentlich nicht stattgefunden. Zimmer sind stark verdreckt. Personal am Empfang sehr Lustlos.

Zimmerreinigung sehr schlecht. Mülleimer mehrere Tage nicht geleert. Überall Dreck im Zimmer. Eine Grundreinigung wäre empfehlenswert.

Location and staff was good.
The television didn’t work, Stains on the bedding, I planned to have a pool day but when I got there the pool was closed. Also there was big construction site being work on in front of the hotel

The only reason we chose this hotel was because it said they had a pool it was closed.

The Guy behind the desk was very nice and accommodating , try to accommodate!
The pool was permanently and I was put on a Pet floor witch made the whole floor smell like dog .

I've been coming here since 1987 long before it became LaQuinta the property has some what improved since it changed hands. Not in the greatest of neighborhoods but not the worst either just need to use caution when leaving and entering at night

I requested thrice to have our room cleaned and to have the trash pulled out, but it wasn’t done. Front desk staff was always on the phone, on a personal non work-related call, that’s why the requests were not done.

The staff was rude and argumentative. They would not accept cash at this location. They stated they do not accept cash as it's not safe. Do you really want to stay at a hotel when staff say it's not safe? There was no disclaimer on booking.com that they did nor accept cash. They charged my card and refused to refund me when I was unable to afford am additional $100 deposit on my debit card. They laughed and refused to help us in anyway. The parking lot was torn up. It looks like people live here. No manager was on duty. We arrived around 10 pm and had to spend 90 minutes searching for another hotel. I spent hours on the phone with my bank, the hotel and Hotels.com the next morning trying to get my money refunded. 24 hours later I am still waiting. I wouldn't stay here if it was the last place to stay in the world.

Bed was comfortable, staff was nice, breakfast included, price was fair, has a gym and pool (closed seasonally).
Needs more cleaning and maintenance. Hallways and room smelled of smoke, paint peeling/chipping from ceiling, construction/finishes are subpar (exposed holes at light fixtures), items left behind in “cleaned room”, ventilation fan not working in bathroom, and bathroom door lock broken. Lobby floor was visibly dirty.

My room smelled like smoke, and I don't want to be charged for that cause I don't smoke.

The Hotel was clean, comfortable and a good value. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They use Dove products as their complementary toiletries, so that was a pleasant surprise.
Not a major issue, but I was surprised to find that our room did not have a hairdryer. Normally I don’t bring one with me because the come standard in hotels these days but luckily I packed one for this trip.

The room was clean and everything worked as expected.
There was construction near the hotel making it tricky to drive to the hotels parking lot - i had to take the turn prior to the actual driveway.
The room next to mine had people loudly banging on the door and arguing, which made the stay not as enjoyable as expected.
There was a smell of cannabis in the hallway, which was concerning since I often travel with my 9 year old
