The bathroom tub has black mold on it and the toilet flusher didn't work half the time. There was no TV remote and no room phone. I understand that there is construction going on but rooms that get rented ought to be kept up to standard.

I stayed 2 nights, I switched room first night because the strong tobacco smelling, the new bedroom had the same smelling and both were no smoking bedroom. in other hand the staff were very nice .

felt off vibes the whole time… someone comes in and “cleans” your room yet have no do not disturb signs to hang .. didn’t feel very safe there . would not stay there as a solo female . I booked 3 nights left after the first night . ate the cost of the other two nights . you get what you pay for . lesson learned. pay attention & check reviews when booking places. staff was nice though.

The staff was very kind an treated you like you've been there neighbors for years. They were professional just not up-tight an I liked that. Even all the house keeping ladies were just so nice an most of all they all treated my pup like family. So pup liked it we liked it.

I booked a NON SMOKING & got a room that was smoked in. the towels are horrendous the mattresses are for homeless people there was no night stand with light the only shower product we had was 1 soap the room was filthy

Initially, we were given a sub standard room. It was a room that’s should never be offered until renovated. The situation was remedied by being given a recently renovated room. It should’ve been given from the get go. It would’ve avoided the disappointment from the first room.

Housekeeper had a verbal altercation with guest outside of my room. The worker used profanity and invited the guest to a fight.

The staff was very friendly and helpful but that is the only thing going for it.

This is obviously an old hotel that has had no maintenance. There was peeling paint, huge gap around the door, mildew, buttons missing on the heat / A/C unit, bedspreads looked like they were several years old, and I could go on. This was more like a $49 room versus $120 plus taxes.

door to the room was open, smelt like smoke, no toilet paper, ac unit would not go below 71 and it made a bad smell while running, beds have lumps in them, place in the ceiling falling down and the tub as a big thick black ring around it …

The Manager was arrogant,condescending, and rude. Things happen for a reason, I found a better hotel (few $'s more) with far better personnel/service. Thanks Motel 6 (at this location) for allowing me to see the real U!!
