The breakfast was horrible. The microwaveable sausage biscuit was not eatable.

There was no one at the desk upon arrival. Had to get a change for a bed sheet.

I enjoyed my stay great location the room was clean staff friendly will definitely stay again

No breakfast. No communication between staff and clients. Hallways are very dirty. The pool definitively needs renovation.

The hotel was not clean. TOO many things broken . Pool was trashy.. breakfast was a JOKE just fruits and juice

Staff was rude and wouldn't listen to complains. Ac unit not working in room. hot tub was stagnant

The wifi didn’t work at all, their was no breakfast.... Couldn’t get extra towels..... No room service, the people who work their left our door open and didn’t clean or take out the trash, when we came up they didn’t leave any room towels or nothing very poor service

The front desk almost never had someone there.

Location was great with Waffle House and McDonalds right in front of the property.

The beds were not comfortable. There was no air vent in the bathrooms. Dead bugs in the bathroom as well as live ones crawling all over the countertops. Was there for work so morning coffee is a must. So there was only 1 pack of coffee in the room and it was decaff. There was no time to inform the desk since we were leaving that morning. On the positive side, the young woman at the front desk was very nice and professional. Only stayed at this hotel because the closest hotels to our work site were completely booked. So, only after a lot of improvement in housekeeping and pest control would I recommend this hotel. A. Carter Stayed 7/7/21
