Friendly staff. Easy check in. Very clean. Nice shower. Quiet. Breakfast was pretty good and we were able to sit in breakfast area to eat like normal people. That was nice.
Pool and hot tub were closed.

Nothing…asked for refund and booked at another chain
I did not stay there…immediately asked for a refund and called the customer service line for the hotel as the agent made an unauthorized copy of my DL and CC.

Everything was hot and fresh. Coffee was off the chart.
Room was comfortable and beds were clean and soft.
Bathroom was our only complaint. Water was not power full in the shower no tub and the water pressure were not full a trickle at best and it was like the hot and cold was reversed. way to hot when it should have been cooler.
Everything about the bathroom. Hair dryer area stopped working after first time of using. We reset and everything.
Water presser in shower was not powerful.
Hot and cold handles seem to be revised.
Came out very hot on cold.

Everything. Polite and friendly staff. Did everything they could to make my stay enjoyable. Breakfast was great. The lady that cooked the breakfast was fantastic. Everything was very clean. I mean clean. It’s an older property but it Is well maintained. TV in both the sitting area and the bedroom. Love the sports channels they have. Football.
The furniture. The couch and chair was broken down in the seating area. Very uncomfortable to sit on. in the suite I stayed in. However both were clean.

Breakfast was satisfactory.
Room furnishings were old and outdated. Staff was not friendly or attentive. Desk was unattended much of the time. Staff parked cars in driveway and spent much time on bench out front talking.

Front desk unattended when I tried to check in and again when I tried to check out. Still waiting to receive copy of bill. I left a message on my card case to mail as nobody was at the front desk when I left.

This property is is a good property. I am Genius 3 level and will tell the truth. Tiffany did a good job checking us in. Amanda did a good job solving a problem. The manager, Nance, when above and beyond to satisfy. We will be back.
Housekeeping missed our room one morning. However, the front desk did all they could to take care of the problem. Amanda went out of her way to help. This is not her job, but making guests is important to her.
