They fail to tell you that you need a physical credit or debit card in order to check in even if you are paying cash.

The parking lot is too small, if you are out to late you will have to park on the side or on the back side of the hotel, and walk to the front of the hotel

The staff was great!

The king suite with the tub was great. I loved the layout of the room. The tub could have been a little cleaner. We got to the breakfast close to closing and the staff made sure we had plenty to eat. The checkout is 12pm!

Felt unsafe. Unusual activities in parking lot areas. Heavy guard car activities. Enormous amount of security camera screens visible at check in desk.

When my fiance and I arrived to check in the clerk informed us that the room we chose with a king size bed the tv did not work. My fiance really wanted to watch the game highlights since he missed the games from the long drive. We were offered a room with 2beds or pay more for a different room with a king size bed. I informed him we wanted the king size bed and would not pay more then what we were quoted. It was on them to accommodate the guests do to the first room everything did not work. I was very disappointed in the look of the place once we arrived. Pictures on line show a much nicer place. This place just looked like a splash of paint added to it to update a old run down place.

The elevator would stop working sometimes and I was on the fourth floor. Also the water pressure would sometimes slow or stop completely. TV didn’t really work (wasn’t really there to watch tv though) other than that it was fine.
